A. Tentative Date of Board Approval of Bids: March 31, 2025
B. Commence Addition & Selected Renovation Area Construction of Work on Site: May 5, 2025
C. Substantial Completion of Addition & Selected Renovation Area Construction Work: October 10, 2025
D. Commence Renovation Construction Work on Site: October 20, 2025
E. Substantial Completion of Work: January 30, 2026
F. Final Completion of Work: February 20, 2026

A Mandatory pre-bid meeting and walk-through for general contractors is scheduled at
the Morris Area Public Library
604 Liberty Street
Morris, Illinois
After the pre-bid meeting, everyone shall visit the site to view the area of work, gather additional information and ask specific questions. Attendance shall be taken at the site to ensure that all contractors have visited the site.
